Ok first go to the dock and follow these steps. First where then sign tells ya to go.

 Then go right.

 Then go up.

 Then go right.

 Then go down.

 Then go left.

 Then go down

 Then go right.

 Then you should be at the cliff!

Once you click all the button it should look like this.

Step into the barrel then it should bring you here now click on the note.

Buy the life jacket then whats acroos the bay is right here:

 Go into the cave and you will find...... Brown Puffles!!!

 Click on the note then click adopt.

 Then give your puffle a name!

Ok once you adopt him you will get this:
